Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers in the United States, Canada, and select European countries. International shipping is available for distributor and wholesale orders.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer multiple shipping options for your convenience:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $50
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $15
- Overnight Shipping: $25 (available for most locations)
Shipping timeframes are calculated from the order processing date, excluding weekends and holidays.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow this processing time before your package begins transit.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package in real-time. Most carriers provide updates every 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- PO boxes (Standard and Express shipping only)
- Military addresses (APO/FPO)
- International destinations (except distributor orders)
Packaging & Safety
All Fertirus products are carefully packaged in protective, eco-friendly materials to ensure safe delivery. We use insulated packaging for temperature-sensitive items and include tracking information for all shipments.
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracked package shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and wait 24 hours. Then contact us with your tracking number for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage and contact us immediately. Do not discard packaging. We will replace your order or issue a refund at no cost.
Address Issues
If you provide an incorrect address and the package cannot be delivered, we cannot refund the shipping cost. Contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or rerouting if possible.
International Shipping
International orders (for distributors and wholesale customers) may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Import regulations vary by country. Customers are responsible for any additional fees assessed by customs or local authorities.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping applies to:
- Orders over $50 (Continental US)
- All distributor orders over $500
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you'll need to place separate orders. Each order will be processed and shipped individually.
