We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fertirus supplements. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused and in original, unopened packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
- Product must not be expired or past the expiration date
- Original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@fertiruspharma.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a return authorization number (RMA)
- Ship the product back to us with the RMA number clearly marked
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective product). We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Please insure your shipment appropriately.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items without original packaging
- Expired or damaged products (customer's responsibility)
- Items from clearance or final sale sections
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We'll replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
